Summary: EL DJ KILLER build up a road block. He said that he got the presidents agreement. Cars couldn't drive over it, obviously, and you needed to prop push the car for it to drive over. He also said that it was a road block. Why, no idea, but you couldn't drive over it and he didn't make it anything about it.

There isn't really any rules being broken here, Just some idiot who doesn't know how to build; I don't think he did it intentionally...

Ok.
So, just make this clear to me, is it okay to build like a road block, or maybe a gate, to control the traffic, like letting people thru and so on? I get a lot of different answers on this question.

As long as you have the Presidents or an Admins Permission and you're not slacking, You will have to be at it 24/7 if you wanna keep it up, Unless you've made it so other officers can use it.
