Summary: xXbluechipXx CDM'd as chauffeur, then fled. I told him to stop, he wouldn't so I shot him. As soon as he respawns he returns to his taxi and drives away again. The other officers attempt to arrest him for the CDM and breaking NLR, but he disconnects to avoid arrest.
