Summary: He CDMed me and another cop when we were arresting a tax driver, he was a corleone. You can see him in the old timer car missing the CDM at first, then he didn't miss, I know it was him because I was talking to Angel on Steam Chat, he was a cop as well, I asked him to to get the name of the guy in the old timer and he saw that it was Predator.
