Summary: (What happened?)
Constantly throwing people around in chairs, fail RP, everyone warned him/her over OOC many times, he/she continued fail RPing and minging with chairs. Therefore I am uploading a BR.
Evidence: (Try to get as much evidence you can get)
Look closely at the video in the beginning, you see a chair fly from the right hand side of my screen and see it landing on the street. I did have more evidence, but the video hasn't saved properly..
