Involved: President, he ordered me to arrest all rebels.
Why we should unban you:I thought that when it said "all rebels are banned" that they were supposed to get shot on sight but apparently not. I shot at him, but then my friend said that "banned" only means that i should arrest the rebels, and then i was going to taze and handcuff him, but got banned for RDM, and i apologize for that.
I learned my lesson, so please.... it wont EVER happen again, i promise.

Assuming that president's ban laws mean to shoot on sight is kinda far-fetched in my opinion.

I was President at that time, and the "friend" he talked to was me, this guy has just begun playing City RP and is totally new to RP overall, he should be un banned (my opinion)
