When i see a paramedic trying to heal me instead of seeing his healing thingy i see a big ERROR sign how do i fix this????

Have you downloaded the content pack? If not, try to reinstall Garry's Mod.

Yeah, I have the same problem. By the way, do I need a new computer if it comes up a error saying: Out of memory (and some other shit)
