Summary: First i spotted a guy trying to propclimb to the top of the skyscraper next to nexus then he dies and this guy comes right after him and starts building ramps in the road. Not sure if this was the guy who was prop climbing but maybe the logs can show that. Yet he still built in the middle of the road and i have that proof.
Evidence: Unfortunately i didn't have fraps on but i did get these pics.
