If you have installed a game and for some reason its not appearing on GMOD, try these simple methods:
#1: Did you mount the game?
#2: Verify cache integrity; Steam library>Right click Garrys Mod>Properties>Then find: Verify integrity of files/cache( Forgot what it is called lol)
#3: Uninstall gmod, meaning delete the whole gmod folder.
#4: Pray to god; because i do not know anything else that can help!

If you installed a game from steam it wouldn't really be in Gmod, so yeah. Guess you have to pray to a man that doesn't exist.
