Summary: In RP he was growing drugs with the rebels in the Apartments, I was told by another citizen that he was and I went to go check out to ask him his side of the story. He continued to break RP by insulting me in OOC Voice ruining the RP and when I saw gun shots I asked for a search warrant to make sure everything was alright he and the other rebels just shot me and I was demoted because they complained I was doing my job... It just really got on my nerves when he even continued to insult me in OOC chat...
