Summary: Basically, i was the police commander. I cuffed and was ready to arrest this person for killing an officer right in front of me, then all of a sudden mr. chair steps in and gets a rope, and TRIES to uncuff him with a Hostage Rope
This is fail rp, uncuffing someone with a hostage rope right in front of me.
Well anyway, after he tried to uncuff him with the rope, i tazed him. I then cuffed him. After 5 secs he type in ooc: "Atomic is random arresting", and boom i was demoted. PLUS that was pure metagaming, i got demoted because of that wack.
