Summary: Somebody made me to get in the car (he was pointed at me), brought me to the rebels base, and then that personve hostaged me. After that i was randomly tranq by him a couple of times

First theyve tried to ask 10000 - but ive answered that 2000 is max.
Then they are asking for 2000 - and im dropping it.
