Reason- I was buying a volvo off him, so i gave him my giovanni caprinni, and 50k and was about to give me Lokus, all in exchange for the volvo (Which he was selling for 120k at the time) and he logged out as soon as i gave him the money...it was purposly done, as it didnt say he was kicked, Steam failed ect....

24 hours passed. Logs show no car drops yesterday on either server. I even tested to see if this was being logged and they were. This is also your 3rd report of scamming. Permanent ban issued.
