so i raided this guys house and he prop blocked his room door with another door, and i couldn't even lock pick it or open it

yes it is, i dont know his door was bugged somehow we werent able to lock pick it, he was a 9 year old kid
almost started crying when we entered the house, he just bought that door the main door was not sold to him

Maybe it was a tool bug If there is a name on the door then it was a proper door with tool
If not its a prop and prop block with out keypad
