Like I said a while ago, if FL is gona progress in the long run, it needs new ideas/projects. Adding a Super-Serious Whitelisted server is in my opinion the way to go

V2p requires Half Life: Episode 2.
That's also a reason why the server got switched back to v33, as that one doesn't.
All people without EP:2 voting for v2p should maybe reconsider their vote.

All you get is the purple and black textures. I dont have the Half Life Episodes and I played on it fine whenever it was still a server. It just had the same effects as v33x.
