Trying to bribe an actual admin would just extend his current ban..
Just don't bother him, I mean. How could it be against the rules for you? There is no possible way YOU could unban him anyways.

Yes its against the rules to ask a admin to unban you for money trust me a friend of mine tried to do it before.
