Summary: I was loading in and i tabbed out for a second, and when i came back i was being tazed over and over. My screen would not move i couldn't talk all that was said by him was "Stop afking i n the street" over and over as he random tazed.

At the bottom left if you zoom in you can see his name (DIRK MCHARD) and him clearly tazing me over and over.
