Le slow
Le Slow has been rdming quite a lot recently, and one time I find him running around with a silenced uzi, I go up to him and taze him, then he disconnects to avoid him losing the weapon.
10-15 minutes earlier I shot him for robbing a medical store with a deagle.
Angel Graham
She is sending insults at me, swearing in public and following me when I told her to stop, so I ask the president if I should arrest her, he says if she keeps insulting me I should. I then hand cuff her and she leaves... Unbelievable how many people that leaves when they get hand cuffed.

Are you able to provide more evidence? At this point there isn't really anything showing what he did, Insulting you etc.
