Summary: Well this guy was a massive troll, starting off small and ending up large.
He was a cop, shooting the commander for locking picking a car, fair enough, I then end up being killed by him in gunfire when I retaliated.
Roughly 4 mins later I go back to the tunnel to find his dead body and his car =D (http://screenshot.xfire.com/s/110170616-4.jpg)
I jack it and drive towards the city, to which of no surprise, Mr.Troll is coming back for it (he had only JUST died).
I decided to floor it towards him, he shoots me, I run him over. FAIR GAME.
He then reconnects for his car.

He then joins cop again when im mayor so I demote him. (fair game? after all that? I never died but he reconnected and i did take matters into my own hands, apologies)
He then go in nexus elevator as a civi with a gun out, appearing to go try raid me, He denies all this.
