Summary: He set his job as "Minge Buster" and started dealing out his "justice." First thing I noticed was when he killed axel for stealing a car, the theft however was justified. He claimed the reason for killing Axel was that he considered the car theft random.
He also said he wouldn't partake in any RP because he was going to "bust minges" as you can see with the evidence I submitted.
