Summary: Well for the past 3-4 presidents he tried to kill them all this was also including me when i was president, i told him he can't attack presidents which just became president because there is no reason... this made it annoying to RP with fellow SS agents ( i was SS obviously )

Yeah I had just switched to president, and I make completely reasonable laws, even no taxes. As soon as I get to the bottom floor, he pulls a deagle and shoots at me. The SS then kill him.
