Summary: We were driving an accidentally hit his car and he got very aggressive, started insulting us for no reason, then later on he had 4 guns or more on him and started shooting, breaking fear rp.

its not for no reason you hit his car, not really that much of fear RP as all you have shows is a gun fight, so cant say fearrp with out proper reasons, eg he pulls gun when under gun point, you clearly outgun him and guns are on him and your telling him to surrender, not while your all trying too kill him ..
he not going to just stop and die cuz there is more of you
