President's rules do NOT, EVER, override server rules.
You cannot RDM because the president says to.
Just like IRL - you can't commit a crime because someone says you should - its still a crime.
So no. Also its only a 16 hour ban -_- So closed for that reason, and that fact it should be a ban.
