This is my first ban request so please be nice with me

Summary: The Guy was driving like an idiot when he was Taxi driver and i was police commander, he almost cdmed a chef and when i went up to his car with the radar gun (since i was taking his speed) he said he was recording and was going to make ban request about me. When he tried to cdm me by running away (in car) i shot him 4 times and he died (proves he drove like an ass)(and crashed all the time) he came back breaking NLR in the suit and tried to cdm me again (look at health bar) i shot him till he died. !!then he came back incredibly fast!!. and run away (in car)

I dont think you can use lethal force (Kill him or shoot at him) if he tried to CDM you
