Well basically Rarity was stating that he was an undercover admin and that he would ban people. He also was prop killing with spinning props and spawning frozen props infront of the AM-PM store.: (What happened?)

Sorry that I could not get screen shots of him impersonating an admin. If you check the server logs it will be under OOC. Also his friend Mesh was backing him up.

he's already been permed but I'll add the admin impersonation to the last ban which was a perm
