Summary: He was rejoining to avoid arrest 3 times. He kept changing his name, when we finally arrested him he tried jumping off the jail floor to kill himself.

My name is Max Rose. You see i radioed in that he was Tresspassing and Pretending to be the pres guard. Then i tazed him and he got warranted, when i was about to arrest him he rejoined.
