Summary: Qatar was being mingy all server, trolling ooc and what not. However this was more of an annoyance. His major rule break was trying to get everyone to go to the cave and crash the server.

That wont crash the server at all.
I see no reason to ban qatar for that, it automaticly teleport you back if you get near the cave..
Ban request denied.
