Can't log in - monk - 07-15-2012
Hey, my friend is having trouble logging into the site, everytime he requests a new password that one doesn't work either. Know what could be wrong?

I had this kinda problem as well, I typed in my password 3 times incorrectly as the dumbass I am.
I ordered a new one because I was sure my password had somehow magicly changed, I ordered a new one, and it didn't work. But I realized that I had a SPACE infront of the password.
.... Anyways ....

He can't login and when he requests a new password it doesn't work either.

If he hasnt already, have him try and close his browser and try to retrieve his password again.

Nevermind, he gave me his password so I logged in and changed his password, don't know why it didn't work for him though.
