Summary: I saw Moe hostaging someone when I went into the apartments, I pulled out my gun and I was going to tell him that I want $500 or I will free the hostage myself but he then got his rope out while I was typing and hostaged me.
I gave him enough warnings that he can't do that as seen in the video.
At the end he then also jumped on my body to kill me.
