Summary: (What happened?) He was jumping on a tased a body first, then he jumped on a tranquilized body. He did it on purpose.
Evidence: (Try to get as much evidence you can get) I got a video showing him jumping on the tranquilized body. Not the jumping on the tased body though.

I saw him as police commander tazing people, hand cuffing them and then proceeding to jump on them...
Please either teach this fool or ban him so I don't have to fear for my life when I'm around the bald headed twollop
