Hey jackass, I did use the template. I know what i'm doing. No need to post here you little wanna-be admin.
EDIT : I know how to do ban request's. As you can see I have everything neccasary for a ban request. I would like to know your reason for posting here? I believe that should be a forum warning.

Fragell is right, you didn't use the template. We made it simple to copy past the template by adding the code with the HTML commands.

I may not have used the template exactly, but I used everything needed? I didn't know this was a problem. Have never been informed this was a problem until now.
I have done every single ban request this way. I will make sure to copy and paste the template next time. Sorry for all the trouble that it caused you.
Also, I got a warning for being a little rude, but he can break a forum rule and didn't get a warning?
