The bug happens when you play single player before joining fl, solution: restart gmod and go directly into fl

I don't believe he intentionally made it, He most likely joined SP first...

He told me that the game mode crashed. ( which it didn't ), and that is why they weren't working.
He should check his keypad's before hand as well.
