I think that certain props should be blacklisted from being able to be spawned.
Such as...
Giant Blocks (PHX)
Giant Tubes (PHX)
Giant Walls (PHX)
Giant Rails (PHX)
And mostly every giant prop, that is minge-friendly.
After 50 Hours, you would have access to those "giant" props. That is a little time requirement yet long enough that a newly joined minge can take advantage of.

People shouldn't be forced to stay 50 hours in the server to have certain props.

A bit off topic, but a lot of the lesser used props that are very useful I find are blocked, such as rubble is blocked. I'm probably one of the few people to use a lot of the props that are blocked, but it'd be very nice if the non mingey props that are just blacklisted because no one uses them for much would be usable after 50 hours or something.

Not hours, please, just a whitelist app, much more safe that allowing anyone over the x amount off hour get the prop. + Support

Name one time you have used a 64x64 cube?
Its sole purpose is to take up massive space, not used for RP unless your doing MingeRP, which gets no points, and it cannot be used for building as it violates the rules on wall size and it is impossible to use in general.
