Summary:
Well yeah, i changed to rebel. then he was there as a gun dealer and started to block off the doors, and when I came on the roof he started to shoot me, he said it was his roof on the REBEL spawn. And told me to leave, which I did not since its clearly the rebels BASE not his. And he prop pushed earlier in the tunnel which I do not have proof of

He Kept breaking NLR and coming back to The rebel hide out as a policeman
I Think he may have been banned (I may be wrong
