Okay guys so when we go to gmod 13 will we then still have our RP server? Or does The game mode has to be recoded or something?

As CityRP is based on Cider, it'll most likely need to be recoded from scratch.

Witch will take forever so we will either see the server down for a year or have to stay on regular Gmod

I only know of handful of communities which are taking GMod 13 seriously.
I'm going to put this in bold happy letters for any dev.
Your scripts will be FUBAR. Anything you've patched on from other gamemodes will be broken.

CityRP will most likely be down for a year as Ludo says. If we start coding CityRP on Garrys mod 13 beta now, we might just be down for 6-7 months.

Down for a year? Garry has several times stated that there's proper documentation that shows what we have to change to make the transition smooth enough.

Most scripters in the GMod Community have a profound hatred for Cops N' Robber gamemodes. You either wave a good sum of dosh or they'll laugh at you.
