Summary: Mass cdm, killed people and stole their cars, just a complete minge. He had his gun out pointed at people all the time, someone tried knifing him, he didn't die instantly so he started opening fire or anyone near, the person crouched to show a sign of surrender and he stopped for a second and continued to fire and kill him. Please take him away for this. There are other people who have evidence who said they would be posting video evidence as well.

i have a vid of him as well i was the other guy getting killed at the end of the clip just having huge problems getting it on youtube, but what i have on fraps is him ramming 1 cop and 2 cars and whats on the end of the clip
