My freind "DropDead" is a new player and he donated 10$ and has not been given the donator title.
he was disconnected while the purchess.
What should he do?

Sorry that the system didn't give it directly. It's extremely secured since we had some people trying everything to glitch it. (Which they failed btw). However you'll always receive it, by retrying or giving manually.
