Summary: HarryButchers started tranqing people who were buying food at the small foodshop. When asked for a reason, all he could say was "He was selling meat"

I believe he deserves an additional extension of his ban, as this obviously is something he does frequently. When I ran towards him, the first thing he did was take out his tranq rifle to holster it before I tased him, which he failed at.
