Summary: when i became pres i went downstairs and he killed me with a MP5. I had only legalized 2 things nothing was banned. I made weed and gay marriage legal. these are his reasons for my "assasination". Look at the conversation and his reasons.
Evidence: Look at his kills and he says, "we planned to take down the government," and he is the only corleone.

yes and like i said to you my reasoning was to take down the government like the mafia do in real life that is a rp reason i state we as mafia is known as a organization yes i was the only one does that mean that i cant plan a assassination on you ? . . no it does not.

Yes but the mafia doesn't try to shoot the mayor for fun or something they would probably hostage the mayor and you are getting this from movies. There are rules on this server you have to follow them. You don't follow "movie rules". I thought you said, "go ahead i a had an rp reason". That back fired on you, didn't it?

taking down the government is what you are doing and you need a reason too do it

I have tried to explain but i don't think my words are cumming across right, Th reason why i killed the pres was that i did not like the government my plan was to take him hostage to take control of the city but when he came down the lift i saw he had protection with him (SS) and i had my gun out and as such i knew i would be shot so i opened fire my intention was not to kill him just hostage him but in the fire i killed him in which i shot him and ran off

It seems to me like you dont understand our rules. You can only kill with a legit RP reason. Since you have failed to provide one action must be taken.
4. Just because you are in a gang, does not give you the right to kill anyone.
