My old steam account got hacked and now i want to ask: Is it possible to get my old stats on my new Account ?

I don't think that is possible unless you have solid proof that the account that got hacked is yours.

After being hacked a Steam account, the best way is to contact support by providing some information.
All these informations are available here -> https://support.steampowered.com/kb_article.php?ref=2347-QDFN-4366 (Official Steam Support)
To contact support, you must create an account holder at that address -> https://support.steampowered.com/register.php
Once you've created your account, and you sent a ticket with all information requested, you just have to wait for their response.
