Summary: Sorro attepted to run me over.. he passed me then turned around and came at me again.. i pulled my gun and fired a few shots at him.. he pulled over.. i told him to step out of the vehicle several times with my gun aimed at him.. he refused and told me to shoot him more to finish him.. i refused and told him to step out of his vehicle.. he drove off and attempted to come at me again.. i ended up killing him. His car was parked by rebel spawn(red hummer he tried to run me over in) so i attempted to lock pick it to impound. As soon as sorro respawned he jumped in his car and drove off toward UM
