Summary: Cops told me there was an rdm'er in the nexus, a little child breaking all the rules, so I went to the elevator and started recording, as you hear the officers said Second floor, so when we got there an officer got Random crow-barred, and the guy was laughing like a little kid, he wanted to kill an other officer and I saw it was necessary to kill him, before he could kill another cop. He was RDMing and annoying everyone.
