Time in GMT: I can't figure the time in GMT, but it was 15 minutes before this got posted.

Summary: So here i am, minding my own business, untill i see the policecommander shoot and kill a taxidriver. I start running after the policecommander and he runs away from me and hides in the apartments. I ask him why he shot that guy, and he said that he was "harrased", so he shot the guy. I got screenshots of some of the conversation we had.

The last picture is to show that the policecommander -> oblivion had a kill, and he admitted to shot someone for harrasment.
Im sick and tired of people abusing the goverment-jobs.
