Often this box in the corner shows up, I don't know why.
Any ideas?

I have that problem sometimes too. But I never found out how to get rid of it without rejoining.

Yup,seems the only way but pointless as it happens often and just comes up again sooner or later lol.

I normally just ignore it and when I come on another day or hour it's gone.
