Summary: This guy started punchwhoreing me, he then trespassed, goes to jails floor, propblocks, removes it, then puts another propblock up in a officer, and starts cursing, [FL:RP] Zeigon witnessed it, when he was arrested, he said stuff like "Aww this server is full of f**ked up kiddys, like you 2 Motherf*kers" and also said thins like "Aw this server is crap"

I don't see sufficient evidence that he was prop blocking. I mean, in the first picture you can see it's his props, but he might of deleted them afterwards or made a keypad, therefore for these cases it's best a video.
You can't see who owns the props in the second picture.
