Summary: I was driving around and suddenly some 1 shotted me so i went ask why he shot me. After that i was driving around parking lot and they killed me for no reason i dont think parking lot is their area if there is no fences or anything so i think its RDM

Listen i'm not saying they aren't wrong.. But they warned you a couple of times, they even fired warning shots, and you keep on driving past and annoying them. So its 50/50.. You where trying to get them to kill you so you can "ban" them... And now they killed you and you posted this on the website.
So in my honest opinion i don't think this is that much of an RDM. Just because they warned you and you kept annoying them like that.
TBH you actually broke RP a bit, because in real life if people have guns and shoot warning shots and tell you to leave, i dont think you would drive past them until they kill you, now would you?

This is not really grounds for a ban. They warned you several times to stop creeping on their base.
You could have solved this whole thing by just driving away...
