Summary: I tried to arrest him for, shit i forgot, and he ran to elevator to abuse the TP (garage elevator)

Nothing against the rules here, he went in the elevator once/twice, but still it's not worth a ban. If he had done it over 4-5 times, then it would be abusing the elevator.
