Reason why you should be unblacklisted: I was a great cop and my friend couldn't see, so I shot him (admin said I should) and he blacklisted me for 24-hours in-game time. I was a great cop and never caused any trouble.

An admin could easily change a users Hp if he wants (and has a admin reason too) and wouldnt tell you too kill him

Im pretty sure no admin would tell you to kill another cop, but anyway i think due to the server crashings and the I dont know why Resets of the time ill approve this.
