I seen the video, I think its enough to ban shifty, but I don't think they will join back on the server.
If they ever do I'll give him the ban.
If you want Vinski you'll need to give me Evidence for him as well.

I'd like to add that Vinski and Shifty both got banned for continuous FailRP yesterday, so turn their bans up at least by one notch.
