Okay i have setted up a poor MC server.
These stuff you need
1. You need Hamachi get it here

2. Minecraft obviusly.
I will PM you and Whitelist you after i approve your app
I can only let 5 players at a time
PS: i dont need comments of nature LOL minecraft sucks, LOL do better server etc
Just plain survival only rules are 1. no griefing 2. no hax/cheats.

Why not just Pay for a cheapy 5 slot server.
Less CPU and Lag intensity for you, and they don't even cost that much.
I could get you a hosting company if you like, and get you discount.
