No, read the ban right. CDM was a rule he broke and then he had 11 other bans then ruxandra made it perm.

I am not sure what the procedure is. If Generation wants it to be closed if he cannot run it again then I guess he can do that but I wonder if he could also hand over the running of the clan to his 2nd in command and in two months time, if his current appeal gets denied, he could re-appeal and perhaps remove his permanent suspension.
But for now I guess he could hand over command to Twister, as he is Vice President.

I had left because in-game, this clan is very disorganized, when Generation was banned, it had made it much worse. Generation is still my friend and I plan to RP with him again, IF he is unbanned.

Personally, if Generation is unbanned or someone else is handed the command, I'm going to immediately straighten up the USS. I am now the acting leader of the Umbrella Security Services Division and barely even know half of who's in it.
